2011 Suzuki Kizashi EcoCharge Concept Review

The American Suzuki Motor Corporation has unveiled the concept car at New York International Auto Show yesterday, they named it as Suzuki Kizashi EcoCharge. Suzuki Kizashi EcoCharge Concept is powered by a 2.0-liter inline four petrol engines, which operates in tandem with an advanced electric propulsion system, consisting of a liquid-cooled 15 kW motor / generator connected to 1115-volt air-cooled lithium-ion battery.

The exterior of the Suzuki Kizashi EcoCharge Concept is distinguished by a luminescent paint in white satin with a subtle blue layer. To further set the concept apart from its production Kizashi sibling,  it has been given a specialized headlight treatment, as well as LED foglight illumination integrated into the front fascia. Lightweight aluminum wheels provide a futuristic feel, and are wrapped in tires with low rolling resistance.

The combination of electrical energy to optimize fuel economy and produce to enhance the driving experience more lively acceleration. Suzuki Kizashi EcoCharge Concept offers a 25 percent highway fuel economy of over today Kizashi. To help maximize efficiency, the Suzuki Kizashi EcoCharge Concept also uses many technologies to save fuel, including motor stop regenerative braking when the vehicle stops, fuel cutoff during deceleration events and tires with low resistance rolling. Power management is provided through an advanced six-speed automatic transmission designed for speed, for smooth and continuous flow of energy when called by the driver.
